Flourentzos and Andreas developers is a dynamic construction and development company offering well constructed properties in the south-east of Cyprus at very competitive prices.

Projects 

Flourentzos & Andreas Construction, and was founded 12 years ago, to assist with the growth of the housing boom and construction needs of the resorts, then in 2003 Mr Alexandrou & Mr Hadjigeorgiou realised that there was a shortage of reasonably priced properties in southern cyprus and this is when Flourentzos & Andreas Developers were born. During this relatively short period we have achieved an extensive portfolio of approximately 200 exceptional properties from apartments to villas that have already exceeded the current demand.

New projects are being released regularly to the market and waiting lists for new projects are growing, it is clear to see why Flourentzos & Andreas developers are going from strength to strength.  

The Dream

Many clients have a dream when they begin to research property abroad either for a permanent home, vacations or investment. During the initial sale of the property maybe the client would like to change something in the house to suit there own needs, this can be easily done with a trip to the architect. The clients will always be assisted at each stage of the sale and somebody will always be on hand to answer any questions that may arise.

Locations of our projects

Xylofagou

A very picturesque village located at the south-east of Cyprus between Ayia Napa and Larnaca. Xylofagou is one of the most popular destinations for clients who are looking to relocate to Cyprus with approximatly 1000 europeans already living in the village. It is relatively small with approximately 7,000 friendly and hospitable locals. You can find anything you need, from traditional taverns to all kind of shops plus bakeries, supermarkets and banks. Surrounded by beautiful rugged coastline, a fish harbour, sea-caves plus the fact that is only 8 minute drive from the heart of the famous beach resort of Ayia Napa and only 25 minutes drive from Larnaca international airport makes Xylofagou village the ideal spot for either holiday home or permanent residency. Still close to all the necessary amenities yet far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Frenaros

Is a lush village that is full of orange groves and olive trees; the village is located approximately 5 kilometres from the town of Paralimni, and sandy beaches and tranquil turquoise seas of Ayia Thekla. Frenaros boasts all of the amenities that a small village has to offer, including supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and schools. It is also very popular for its incredible taverns, where you can enjoy all types of cuisine in a very relaxed environment. Larnaca airport is only a short 40 minute drive from the project and has easy access to the highway network which connects to the City's and Resorts of Cyprus. The village of Frenaros also has two small Byzantine churches, Agios Andronikos and the Archangelos Michail which both date back to the 12th century.

Leopetri

Has a variety of shops, banks, post office, pharmacies, and traditional Travernas. The resorts and beaches of Ayia Napa & Protaras are only a short drive away and offer all the facilities you would expect from large resorts. The town of Paralimni is also close by with a larger selection of shops and supermarkets. Liopetri is home to two churches of interest; the medieval church of Panagia with its octagonal dome and in the apse there can still be seen some remnants of its murals. It is understood to been built around the 15th century. The remains of a Venetian watchtower and the beautiful natural fishing shelter at Potamos Liopetrou are a couple of minutes drive from the apartments. Potamos Liopetriou is a photogenic inlet and is where the local fishermen bring in their catch - and some say the best fish on the island. If you do not want to cook yourself then try one of the two fish restaurants overlooking the sea all the way down to Cape Greco in the East. The French poet Arthur Rimbeaud has also worked in this area in the 1880's. Liopetri is traditionally a potato-growing town and still carries on the traditional craft of basket making.

Avgorou

Avgorou is a lovely village with local taverns, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and others facilities. Within five minutes drive is the dam of Achna here you would be able to enjoy leisurely walks or for the keen fisherman permits are able to be bought for a small fee. Here is a unique opportunity to purchase your ideal home in Cyprus .  Situated on the outskirts of Avgorou just a 8 minute drive from the motorway network, three minute drive to the village centre and a mere ten minutes drive you will find the future planned golf course and the Water Park of Ayia Thekla.
